Between the One-Hour Biz Consultation and 30-Minute Website Review, the main difference is that the former allows you to have an active conversation and discussion with Faith to make sure you have all your questions answered while the latter involves delivering answers based on your questions ahead of time as well as recommendations on the pages that you want to be reviewed.

You will have 3 business days from the day you receive the video review to send me any follow up questions in ONE email. These questions have to be directly related to something that I have mentioned in the video review and I will answer them as best as I can. 

However, please note that this is done out of goodwill and added service to give you as complete a business consultation as possible. I would reserve the right to decline answering your questions via email because certain questions may require extensive explanations and that would be too time-consuming and/or ineffective via email.

Then I’ll record a 30-minute video to answer your questions and devise a plan for you. After you submit your request for the Website Review, you can expect to receive a response to acknowledge your request within 2 business days. Thereafter, we will provide you with the actual video Review in 3 to 5 business days depending on the number of requests in that same period of time.

If you need certain sales pages to be reviewed urgently to meet the deadlines for your product launches and promotions, we’d strongly encourage you to plan ahead of time and submit your requests early. You can also indicate a timeline of what you need the review and we will do our best to get the review done for you as soon as possible.

You can submit multiple URLs, websites, shops, and landing pages to be reviewed. However, we make no promises on being able to go through all your content in just one 30-minute video review.

The objective is to provide you with a detailed and insightful review so it would defeat the purpose if I were to rush through just to cover all the content you have submitted in 30-minutes. A practical approach would be to submit one main website and highlight to me one specific sales funnel that you’d like me to look at. Typically, just that alone will take up 30 minutes.

It also depends on how experienced you are or how polished your content is. Reviews for beginners, new bloggers, and new online sellers tend to require more time for me to explain certain details which mean I would not be able to look through as much content but you will gain lots of depth in terms of insight and details.

If you still need further review on other content or have more questions that need to be answered, you’d then have to book additional Website Review sessions.
