What are we going to do during the Zoom Office Hours?

*Our Zoom Office Hours are GROUP sessions.

My biggest tip (and expectation) is for you to COME PREPARED.

The objective of running weekly Zoom Office Hours is to provide you with as much support and close guidance as possible.

You will get the most our of our Zoom Office hours session when you come prepared with questions that you would like to ask me and also a list of the tasks that you intend to work on for the week. This will help me keep track of your weekly progress.

Based on what you intend to work on or achieve for that week/month, I will then suggest a few tasks that you should focus on for the week. I am NOT a teacher and I won’t give you any specific deadlines. There’s no assignment for you to submit to me. You are an independent adult and you should plan and organize your own time. However, my suggested tasks for you will help you stay on track and you can come back with any follow up questions or things for me to review during our Office Hours the subsequent week.

This means that there are no “blanket tasks” where everyone does the same thing for the week. Your weekly suggested tasks are based on your unique questions and goals.

The more you share with me about your business goals, the more well-thought questions you ask, and the more action you take with implementing my suggestions, the faster your business will progress!

What if you can’t attend the Zoom Office Hours ‘live’?

You need to show up to ask YOUR questions and share YOUR goals in order to get the most out of my coaching in FBA Aspire program.

You can pre-submit your questions. However, please note that priority goes to attending members on the Zoom session.

If there’s still time within the hour after all attending members have asked their questions, I would then address the pre-submitted questions within the call.

There will be an AI-generated meeting summary updated inside the ThriveCart member area under “FBA Aspire” after each Office Hours. This is to facilitate quick references for all members on the important learning points from each session without the overwhelm of watching through hours of replays.

Why do I need so many courses inside FBA Aspire? Do I have to complete all of them?

My main objective of giving you access to these 27 high-quality courses is to give you the best support possible with building a strong foundation for skills like Canva design, digital product creation, online marketing, and effective collaborations. You are certainly NOT expected to go through all of these 27 courses.

I would be lying if I tell you I guarantee that you will make x number of sales after going through my program. I run an honest online business and I am deeply committed to helping my clients achieve success through my courses and coaching programs. However, whether or not you will actually get sales from the digital products you create will still be determined by many factors, including but not limited to the following —

how well you understand your target audience and have narrowed down their problems
how good a fit your product solution is to your audience’s needs/problems
the quality of the product that you have created
how convincing your upsell/tripwire offer is

If I have an Etsy shop but no website, can this program still help me?

Running an Etsy shop is not my expertise. I have the experience of running an Etsy shop but it has never been the main driver of my online business. My personal recommendation is for my clients to have their own websites so that they have complete ownership of their business.

I do believe that setting up a shop on Etsy is probably one of the fastest, simplest, and most affordable way to make money by selling digital products online. However, Etsy is highly competitive marketplace and prices of digital products are usually very low and if you want to make a decent amount of income, you’d need huge volumes for that.

I can still help you if you intend to focus on selling on Etsy but I would recommend you to get an email service provider, possibly use Canva to create simple landing pages, as well as SendOwl as your standalone shopping cart to grow your online business to have greater ownership of your online business.

I have more than 1000 email subscribers on my list and I have experience with running an online business for more than 2 years. Is this program too basic for me?

Is there any Facebook group for support?

No, there will be no Facebook group for this particular program. I find Facebook groups can be very distracting with too many people trying to share their opinions and suggestions. Sometimes, it adds to more confusion and that’s not what you need.

I will be providing you with guidance and support through our Office Hours on Zoom (three times a month) and monthly 1:1 Voxer Days.

What if I cannot attend the Office Hours Zoom sessions? Will there be replays?

You are strongly encouraged to attend our Office Hours on Zoom because that’s when we can have a two-way conversation which would be more effective in asking your questions and getting the advice and support you need.

We have scheduled the Office Hours on different days and times of the week to cater to different time zones.

You can pre-submit your questions if you are unable to join us at any of the Office Hours. However, pre-submitted questions will only be answered if we still have time within the hour after all attending members have had their chance of answering questions.

An AI-generated meeting summary will be provided after each Zoom session. If pre-submitted questions were answered during the session, we will include a video replay as well.

Here are the three weekly 30-minute Office Hours every month:

1) First Monday morning at 9 AM ET

2) Second Sunday evening at 8:30 PM ET

3) Third Wednesday morning at 9 AM ET

Please note that when daylight savings time changes in November, the morning sessions will be 8AM to 9 AM ET instead.

Must I turn my camera on for the Office Hours Zoom sessions?

You don’t have to! It’s up to your comfort level.

I would really love to be able to see you face to face as we chat but you can definitely keep your camera off if that’s what you prefer.

In fact, I’ve also had attendees who only ask questions inside the chat with both their camera and audio off. I will read the questions off the chat and answer them verbally. So please have a pair of earphones with you if you are joining in the session at a place where you need to stay quiet.

What if I don’t like the program?

Due to the digital nature of the program (27 courses included) and my time commitment to running the Zoom sessions as well as the 1:1 Voxer Days, there will be no returns or refunds.

Will the Office Hours be affected during the holiday season?

Our FBA Aspire program runs all year round including three weekly Zoom Office Hours and one monthly 1-on-1 Voxer Day.

However, June and December are the months where my children have their month-long school holidays and also the time when we usually go for family vacations.

I may possibly reschedule the Office Hours or offer to replace Office Hours to Voxer Days due to my travel plans.

In December, we will be reducing one Office Hours due to the holiday season and the remaining two office hours will be converted into 1-on-1 Voxer Days because of my travel plans. So that’s a total of 3 Voxer Days for December.
