What is the difference between One-Hour Biz Consultation and 30-Minute Website Review that you offer?
Between the One-Hour Biz Consultation and 30-Minute Website Review, the main difference is that the former allows you to have an active conversation and discussion with Faith to make sure you have all your questions answered while the latter involves delivering the coaching service more passively.
Will the Zoom meeting be recorded?
Yes, the zoom meeting will be recorded and you will be provided with the replay within 3 business days after our meeting. The video will not be distributed to anyone else. It will be for your eyes only and allows you to review the important things that we have discussed during the session.
This will also help you focus on our discussion without worrying about taking notes.
I am camera-shy. Must I have my camera on during the Zoom call?
No, it’s not compulsory for you to turn on your camera during our Zoom call. However, since it is a 1:1 business consultation, it is certainly recommended for you to turn on your camera because it helps with our communication. After all, there isn’t anyone else on the call except for you and me!
How should I prepare for the One-Hour Biz Consultation?
You are strongly recommended to write down a list of questions that you have, arranging them in priority, if possible. You should also have on hand the URLs to any of your website/blog/shop and sales pages so that you can share the links with me on the Zoom chat and I can review them according to your questions and requests.
Can I send you questions ahead of our Zoom call?
When you book a One-Hour Biz Consultation session, you are essentially paying me to give you 100% of my focus to help you in that one hour. Therefore, I will not be answering any questions outside of this one-hour scheduled session. However, you are strongly encouraged to think about what questions you’d like to ask ahead of our meeting so that you can maximize our time together!
What if I have follow-up questions relating to something discussed during our Zoom call? Can I still ask you after our session?
You will receive a recording of our Zoom call within 3 business days after our scheduled session. You will then have 3 business days from the day you received the Zoom recording to send me any follow up questions in ONE email. These questions have to be directly related to something that we already discussed during our time together and I will answer them as best as I can.
However, please note that this is done out of goodwill and added service to give you as complete a business consultation as possible. I would reserve the right to decline answering your questions via email because certain questions may require extensive explanations and that would be too time-consuming and/or ineffective via email.
Once again, my commitment to you is the 60 minutes 1:1 coaching during your scheduled session for our One-Hour Biz Consultation.
We live in different time zones. Will there be a good time for us to meet on Zoom?
Even though I live in Singapore, 80% of my clients come from the US. I’ve also worked with clients from Europe, Africa, and Australia. My working hours are typically Mondays to Thursdays 10 PM to 6 AM Eastern Time that’s because I’m in GMT+8 timezone.
I’ve also arranged 1:1 calls with my clients between 6 AM to 10 AM EST and 8:30 to 10 PM EST on weekdays.
After completing payment, you will receive instructions on how to book a slot for you 60-minute zoom consultation. I will understand your availability and we will coordinate our schedules to arrange for our zoom call.
I am a complete beginner. I have no website/shop set up but I want to try making money online. Will the One-Hour Biz Consultation be helpful to me?

What if I gain nothing new from our zoom call? Will there be a refund?
Since I am committing an exclusive hour to help you, there will not be a refund because of the time investment made. I have conducted over 520 business consultation sessions since June 2021.
These sessions include working with complete beginners, intermediates, as well as online business owners who are already earning 4-figures every month. Yet, there has not been a single time when a client gets out of my session without picking up something new or helpful.

You can ask me literally ANY question about running an online business! I’ve also conducted consultation sessions where clients ask me about my personal journey, how I manage running an online business while taking care of three children, tips on time-management and organisation, the obstacles I had faced on my entrepreneurship journey, and even questions about my business numbers (income, subscribers, sales etc). And for all of these questions, I answer them honestly, too!
Of course, just as I’d like you to share openly with me, I’d love to share openly with you too! After all, the conversation stays within the two of us. And many clients have also benefitted from my sharing stories and experiences from behind-the-scenes in running an online business.
