30-Day Business Plan Summit is a free 5-day online event to help low content creators develop a clear plan to scale their business to 4-figure months and beyond.

The idea for this Summit stemmed from my experience running coaching programs to help aspiring online entrepreneurs build a thriving online business.

Yes, there may be a lot of resources that can be found online, both free and paid, that teach people about how to make money online, how to start an online business etc.

But when someone wants to start an online business but hesitates or when someone gets stuck at a particular phase in their business growth, therein lies the question — What do I do next?

The objective of this Summit is to provide attendees with clear ideas and practical tips that they can apply in the next 30 days post-Summit to help them build their business towards 4-figure months and beyond!

Our target audience are aspiring online entrepreneurs struggling to get started, those with less than 2 years of experience in the online space, earning less than $1000 a month with their online business, and/or has an email list of fewer than 1000.

They are also interested in creating and selling low content products such as planners and printables to grow their online income.

It took me more than 2 years before I finally hit my $1000 a month mark and once I found my winning formula, my business started growing exponentially.

I would love to help more people get over that ‘beginner stage hurdle’.

And this is where YOU come in!

YOU, as a Summit Speaker, get to share your expertise and business experience on your chosen topic.

It could be a presentation on how to create and sell a digital product, tips on setting up high-converting tripwires, or tips on Pinterest marketing to help our target audience increase their business reach.

I will also be conducting a 30-Day Business Plan Challenge to increase accountability and encourage Summit attendees to take action and apply what they have learned from YOUR presentations.

The more practical tips you can offer, the more likely Summit attendees will see you an THE expert of your chosen topic, the more likely they would want to invest in any paid product/service that you offer! (YES, you can contribute a gift and set up an upsell offer!)

How It’ll All Work

Let’s do a quick rundown of how the whole thing will work.

The event will run from 2 to 6 May 2022 with 4 to 6 pre-recorded presentations running each day. These presentations will include 20 to 30 minutes of content and a live chat.

While the presentations themselves are pre-recorded, all speakers are strongly encouraged to attend their presentation time live to interact with attendees in the chatbox. There is no video component, so feel free to attend in your PJs!

Along with the live presentations, there will be a Facebook group for attendees to hang out in, hold each other accountable, and ask all of us additional questions. If attendees ask any questions on the Facebook group, please feel free to jump in to provide your expertise, connect with the attendees, and provide even more value!

Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! I’ll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.

During the promotion phase and as the summit is running, we’ll also be promoting the Business Success Premium Toolkit. This includes an All-Access Pass for the replays and a collection of premium products contributed by Summit Speakers. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions. Yay!

What I’ll Need From You

So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s chat about it! My goal is to make this all as easy as humanly possible so we can all have a blast while providing great value and growing our businesses.

Basic Information

The first thing I’ll need is some very basic information from you and a confirmation that you are all ready to jump on board as our Summit Speaker!

I would very much appreciate if you could let me know the topic of your presentation to get the ball rolling!

We are trying not to have duplicate topics so it’s important for you to let us know your preferred topic as soon as possible.

Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.

But if you want to take quick look, here’s our Summit Speaker Onboarding Form.

Presentation Slot Scheduled

While your presentation will be pre-recorded, you are strongly encouraged to be in the chat live during your time slot to answer questions and connect with attendees.

You will be asked to select your preferred time slots in the Summit Speaker Onboarding Form


Next up is your presentation! This is a 20 to 30 minute pre-recorded presentation that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun in the process.

Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they’ve really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they’re missing something that they need to buy from you asap.

With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:

  • Slides
  • No slides (just your gorgeous/handsome face)
  • A mixture of the two

Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:

You can spend the first 2 to 3 minutes to introduce yourself, your business, and what products and services you provide.
You can spend the last 3 to 5 minutes promoting the lead magnet that you are gifting during the Summit to help you grow your email list. And yes, UPSELLS ARE ALLOWED!
Your video presentation should be 20 to 30 minutes long in total.
Please kindly ensure that you DO NOT place any important details (like your camera view) on the BOTTOM RIGHT HAND CORNER of your screen as you record your presentation. We will be including our Summit logo there.
You MAY NOT pitch any paid products/services during your presentation. If you would like to do an additional session to pitch a featured paid product, please sign up to be our Featured Summit Speaker! (More details below)

No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future once the Summit is officially over (ie. from 9 May 2022 onwards).

Summit Speaker Onboarding Information are required by 11 March 2022.

Presentation video needs to be submitted by 25 March 2022.

Contributing a gift (aka your lead magnet)

You are strongly encouraged to contribute a lead magnet so that you can grow your email list through our Summit! And yes, upsells are allowed so this will also be a great way for you to boost your product sales!

This lead magnet will be placed on your Speaker Presentation Page.

As mentioned above, you can promote your lead magnet at the end of your presentation as well as in the live chat!

A lead magnet that is closely related to your presentation will typically see higher conversion rates. There’s no minimum value required.

Details for the lead magnet will be submitted through Summit Speaker Onboarding Form due 11 March.

Contributing a product to Business Success Premium Toolkit

The Business Success Premium Toolkit will be a huge addition to the presentations we’re running. To make it even more valuable, I’ll strongly encourage every Speaker to provide one resource to add. This includes things like:

  • eBooks
  • Workbooks
  • Courses (big or small)
  • 1-month memberships
  • PLR products

It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.

Anyone who does contribute to our Business Success Premium Toolkit (product should have minimum retail value of $27) will get a 50% affiliate commission on sales, rather than 40%.

Information for these resources will be submitted through Summit Speaker Onboarding Form due 11 March.


The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.

Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on 18 April 2022.

You’ll want to share using your affiliate link so you can get in on the 40% commission that will come from any All Access Pass and Business Success Premium Toolkit sales. (50% if you’ve contributed to Business Success Premium Toolkit).

We will send you promotion swipe copy and graphics in early April.


And last comes participation during the week of the event. Since we’ll already have done the work of creating the presentations and extra resources, we’ll be able to sit back and relax for the most part!

Once again, you are strongly encouraged to participate in the chat during your presentation slot and interact in the Facebook group throughout the week to help attendees stay excited and engaged.

While you are not required to attend the events of other speakers, it’s highly encouraged, too! We’ll be able to get some great discussions going about the topics being presented.

Affiliate Details

While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?

That’s exactly why I’ve set up an affiliate program on ThriveCart for our 30-Day Business Plan Summit where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made automatically to your PayPal account 7 days after each successful transaction.

The commission structure is as follows:

  • 40% for all speakers
  • 50% for all speakers who contribute to Business Success Premium Toolkit

The pricing structure will be:

  • $47 for All Access Pass (replays for all Presentations and links to your lead magnets) – 18 April to 1 May
  • $67 for All Access Pass – 2 May to 8 May
  • $97 for Business Success Premium Toolkit (includes All Access Pass and premium products from Speakers) – 18 April to 1 May
  • $127 for Business Success Premium Toolkit – 2 May to 8 May
